Alright, Jack's alt. mode is the Black Pearl itself: the back of the ship becomes the shoulders, the deck folds to be the armor on the legs, the hull becomes the various bits and pieces, the ropes become his dreadlocks, the masts end up on his arms and legs while the highest one becomes his sword and the ripped black sails end up on his torso and 'boots'.
Hehehe. He's a happy sailor with a high-grade cube, yes he is!
